Bumpy Ride...

So we're finally back from Oregon.
Wow, it seemed like we were gone so long, but
it was a really fun trip...

The last bit wasnt so hot...
Apparently..somehow I acquired Torticollis
which is when the muscles in your neck spasm..
and then they pull the bones in your neck out of place..
making every movement EXTREMELY PAINFUL.
I woke up with this Tuesday morning..thinking it was
just a sore neck..nope nope..

Now I am sporting a fashionable neck brace..
and pain that limits my movement to the right.

It is amusing though...
I just went on a 1000ft zip line with that neck brace on..
it was FUN!..
Its also quite fun to observe myself attempting to do simple "around-the-house"
tasks that turn into intense challenges.

Oh ..me, myself, and I.


Now:
-Muscle Relaxants
-Tylenol 3
-Water
-Ice

-SLEEP.
